If you are considering purchasing a home, taking the first few baby steps to start the process, or refinancing I highly recommend Scott Livingston and his team (Amanda) at Movement Mortgage. My husband and I were not planning on buying a home, however we stumbled upon our dream house and Scott had us approved and closed in 30 days. Movement Mortgage has highly competitive programs for buyers needs, has stream lined the mortgage process, and is simply amazing. The sick feeling of anxiety in the pit of my stomach was gone once I spoke with Scott and realized how understanding and confident he was. I was no longer worried that we would be sabotaged by a horrible bank product, or made promises that could not be kept. At the same time we had also begun the application process through USAA and before our information had auto populated to a loan officer for further information at USAA Scott had us approved. It is in this area that traditional lenders are failing to meet the demands of current home buyers, or people looking to refinance. In addition to his professionalism, Scott makes himself available to answer any questions promptly, and is very patient in the event an in depth explanation is needed. Scott’s guidance is always sound, he will give the good, the bad, and the ugly (if applicable) BUT immediately provides a plan of action. I simply cannot imagine ever using another lender, Scott Livingston is our go-to man from this point forward, home buyers and people refinancing this is where you need to be. Prepare to be amazed!

Aside from being a good friend, Scott is one of the best and most professional people in his field. When me and my wife had to buy a house, he was the first person I thought of. He, and his company, but mainly him, made the process of buying a house actually enjoyable. The speed and ease of working with Scott made the entire journey well worth it. We had an extremely good experience working with Scott Livingston and Movement Mortgage. We are self employed and had a hard time finding a mortgage company to help us.
