2. Provide you with an experienced and friendly loan officer
3. Write a detailed offer to provide to the sellers
4. Explain all loan documents and offer one of our several mortgage programs
5. Schedule your appraisal
6. Schedule your termite inspection
7. Schedule your home inspection upon client’s request
8. Schedule your settlement with a reputable settlement company
9. We will handle all inspections and paperwork needed for your home purchase.
